A. E. Stiegman
I began shooting in the early 1970s, growing up photographically under the influence of Robert Frank, Andre Kertesz, Bill Brandt and Irving Penn. I attended, briefly, the Rhode Island School of Design during Aaron Siskind and Harry Callahan's tenure. I left photography in the early 1980s to pursue other things and have returned to it and the wonders of the digital age in the last decade The photos in these galleries contain both older work from the 1970s and newer, primarily digital images, that have been acquired recently. I hope you enjoy them, any comments are welcome.
